In the four years I've been a ProPhoto blogger, the amazing customer service has never wavered. You continue to release upgrades that are worth every penny and you continue to offer the best customer service I've found online.
My blog has grown from less than 100 readers a day to over 10,000 a day the last four years, so much of that growth has been possible because of the ease of my ProPhoto template.

We spent a year working on various designs and solutions for a blog, and time and time again we found problems.

ProPhoto is seriously my hero. This service has single-handedly saved me hours of frustration by turning an otherwise overwhelming task, into a super fun, USER FRIENDLY program.
Everything is so blissfully easy to customize, the tutorials speak (and make sense) to right-brained people like me, and the staff is really quick to respond if/when I've had questions the tutorials couldn't answer.

I wasn't sure if buying it was the best decision, I bought a 35 dollar theme from theme forest and spent countless number of hours trying to tweak the codes. I don't know anything about HTML or CSS or whatever you call those codes. After a week of wasting my time, I gave up and turned to Prophoto blog. It was worth every penny. No more code tweaking, it's very user friendly. I now finally have a website that I'm really proud of.

I've been using ProPhoto for 2 years now and it's absolutely fantastic. The out of the box features and designs that are now part of Version 4 enable you to get a beautifully designed site up and running in a matter of hours.
Most important is the support.... it is nothing short of amazing. With tutorials, videos and forums, and the ability to get help from a ProPhoto developer when you really get stuck or have an issue it's this piece of mind that separates pro photo from the competition.
