Manually linking to the Contact Form
Creating a manual link with a URL of simply “#contact-form” will scroll to the top of the currently-being-viewed page and open the Form.
To link to a specific page of your site, create a link to the page and add “#contact-form” to the end.
For example, to link to the ‘front’ home page of the site with the Contact Form open, use the following as the URL address (or “href”) of the link:
http://www.yourblogaddress.com#contact-form
NOTE: The “Call To Action” area in
“ProPhoto” > “Customize” > “Content Appearance” > “Call to Action”
also provides the capability to link to the Contact Form from the bottom of every post.

Setting the Email Address
By default, your Contact Form submissions will go to the Email address you’ve set up in WordPress in this area:
“Settings” > “General” > ”E-mail address”

You can also override the address if you don’t want the form to use this address set up in WordPress – in this case, type an Email address in the field within “Appearance” > “P3 Customize” > “Contact” > “General Options” so messages will go to the address you provide instead:
Adding the Menu Bar Link

You can change the text of this link by going to “Appearance” > “p3 Customize” > “Menu” > “Add/Remove Menu Items” > “Contact form link text”.
