"Appearance" > "P3 Customize" > "Menu" > "Reorder Menu Items"
ProPhoto 3 allows you a limited ability to re-order you menu items. This option area allow you to simply drag and drop your links to change the order they appear in your nav menu.
There are a few important qualifiers regarding this feature. First, your "Blogroll" links ("Links" > "Link categories") can only be moved as a single item (see above). Wordpress handles your Link Categories as a single chunk of code, so if you have a link category of "Information", and another "Galleries", you couldn't put one on the far left and then other on the far right. These "Blogroll" dropdown menus have to stick together.
What about links within dropdown menus?
Good question, with a lot of different answers. Here are solutions for the available dropdown menus:
Pages and Featured Gallery Dropdown - Both of these have an integrated ordering feature. When editing the page (or post for a featured gallery), you will see an option box where you give that page or gallery a numerical value for the order it will display in the relevant dropdown menu.
Category Dropdown - Reordering categories is not integrated into Wordpress or ProPhoto, but we do know of one plugin that works with ProPhoto 3, that can accomplish this. You can get it here:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/order-categories/
(Note: the plugin called "my-order-category" does not work with ProPhoto 3. Confusing, I know)
Link Category (Blogroll) Dropdowns - Reordering Blogroll links is not integrated into Wordpress or ProPhoto, but we do know of one plugin that works with ProPhoto 3, that can accomplish this. You can get it here:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/my-link-order/
Archives Dropdown - These links are chronological and can't be changed.
This has been an often-requested feature, though, so we have firm plans to include this ability in future versions of ProPhoto.
