ProPhoto3 Upgrade

To be eligible for the upgrade price, you must have already purchased ProPhoto1 or ProPhoto2. To receive the upgrade price, we need you to enter your purchase download link URL or purchase Transaction ID.

Upgrade price is $89, or if you purchased after December 1, 2009, only $20. A post showing some of what's new in P3 can be found here.

Help! Enter my what?

When you purchased, we sent you an email immediately that contained either a download link URL (if you bought the "Do-It-Yourself" package) or a Transaction ID (if you bought the "Handheld Installation" package). The email would have been from sales@netrivet.com, and would have been sent to the email address you used when purchasing (often not your main address). Just dig up that email and you'll find the info we need.

Step 1: Check ALL of your email addresses

The email you're looking for would have been automatically sent to the email address you used when purchasing. Since many (but not all) use an existing PayPal account when paying, this is sometimes your PayPal email address (if you have one). So, if you can't find the email, check ALL of your email address, making sure to check any email address associated with a PayPal account. A lot of people use more than one email address, or use their spouses email address when purchasing, so be sure to think about all of the addresses you might have used. This is the #1 mistake people make when they can't find their info.

Step 2: Use your email's search feature

Pretty much all email websites or programs have a search feature. Using it should get you right to the email you're looking for. Search for these specific phrases:
